  the best looking apartments/townhomes in lafayette but unfortunately...they have the hardest water you can imagine. Yellow and orange stains everywhere. I live in the new townhomes that were recently built and i cant even use the dishwasher... The toilet has a hard yellow ring on the inside and no matter how hard you scrub, it does not get rid of the color. the sidewalks and some part of the fence is yellow from the sprinkler system...also you will get petty notes in your door about keeping garbage cans inside of garage, etc, even though people with dogs let their dog pee in the grass in front causing burnt grass spots..you also cannot park on the street...they tell you to park at the other apartments which is over a block away if the driveway is full. Im just waiting for my house to get built and im hurrying up and getting out of here..i cant take all the pettiness...Besides that, Sandy was great. She is awesome to work with. Ask for sandy when looking for an apartment or townhome here.

  I've lived here over 3 years, like my apartment and layout, but takes months to get simple things fixed with repeated reminders! Maintenance guys are friendly , helpful and respectful. I'm no professional but some things like air conditioning being out 2 weeks in hot summer, or the pool closed repeatedly should have been repaired by the people who specialize in that! Outside hallways and lights are dirty, many lights have been out for some time..
